I hate this new style of movie that is incredibly popular right now. Such as Meet the parents, The bosses daughter, and anger management. I hate these movies where they show everything possible that could go wrong does. This movie just makes me want to explode. I really want to kick people right now because i am watching anger management for the first time.

Meet the Parents was godlike compared to the other 2 you mentioned -- I liked it enough to get the DVD for my p's as a gift some time in the past.
Boss's Daughter was a nightmare -- it was a bunch of stupid shit, with stupid people. At least in MTP, the people weren't stupid; the circumstances and odd backgrounds caused a lot of the humor and crazyness. Boss's daughter, the people were fucktwits... the circumstances were contrived... and it just wore on. Also, what was the deal with all the pissing -- that was the most I've seen in any one movie, ever. *pees on the wall*
Anger Management pissed me off because they were playing on the "well what the hell, he didn't deserve THAT!" ploy.. very similar to what you or Ben said about Head of State with chris tucker; they were just playing around with casts... black kid where you normally see proper old white men in HoS and then timid guy in anger management with people reacting to him like he's some jerkwad. Well.. they were playing off that, and holding back that the whole thing was a retarded setup in the first place.
The only scene I liked in Anger Mgmt was when Nicholsen had Sandler go up to a girl and say something totally off the wall - that cracked me up. :)
But yeah. Too many movies like that. I don't mind them if they're clever and fresh... but clever and fresh is not something Hollywood's exceptionally good with.

PS - The one Jack Nicholson movie I'm really looking forward to stars him and Diana Keeton called "Something's Got to Give" -- it looks hillarious -- watch a preview of it.

Yeah Anger mng had some funny moments... It got better towards the end. I just hated sitting through the first hour getting frustrated. The best scene in Anger was the fight with the monks. Just cause i find it funny to go mess up all there stuff and just drive off.
I hated meet the parents cause it reminded me how nervous i used to get around a Ex's Parents. And everything just kept going wrong for a nice guy.

Hahah - yeah. That monk scene was pretty good. Nothing like going somewhere just to stir up the shit :)
As for Meet The Parents, I guess that's just an issue of how individuals relate with situations and characters. I felt sorry for Faucker of course, but think I was watching and amused more by the interplay between DeNiro and Stiller.
But yeah, people relate to things based on their past experiences in all aspects of life.
