I don't understand the obsessio with the matrix, it is a bad movie, keanu cannot act,

First of the matrix is an amazing story. Second it doesnt matter if keanu can't act. Have you seen star was luke wasn't a great actor (mark hammel), but the movie was really good, because the story is what mattered not the acting.

second the matrix takes an interesting look at religion, mythology, and morals. Putting it in a cool sci fi world just makes it more entertaining.

third it is a great action movie even if you ignore everything else

fourth the special effects are top notch

fifth you suck

sixth it is interesting to see a war begining between software, machines, and humans.

seventh you suck

8th a guy in the second matrix gives a girl an orgasm just by having her eat cake.

your comment about star wars struck me for a couple of reasons,
1--have you seen any movie from the 70's or early 80's? No one could act, That is one thing that has gotten better over time. It still amazes me though that all of the new star wars came before the old star wars. It just helps to prove the theory that it happened a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, obviously the galaxy is regressing and growing backwards.
