it took over 1 hour on the phone to cancel my old cable modem service at the house i moved out from.. Beware comcast customers.
(also this sucked cause i still dont really have my voice back so it hurt to talk... but most of the time i was on hold watching TBS.)

They're not so bad, I talked the cable guy into giving us free channels! Go free cable!
But I guess the "coolness" was on behalf of the cable guy and not comcast.
