29 healthiest foods on the planet
Well i am proud to say i eat many of these, but I am going to try to start adding more fruit to my diet. So as I just finished iwth some carrots and pinto beans, I am about to eat my cup of low fat strawberry yogurt... later in the day to be followed by a cup of pears... I guess today is a healthy eating day... hooray for being healthy for 1 day. I am also happy to see there is nothing but fruits, veggies, and fish on the list so take that beef eaters. I guess i now have a good reason to eat more crab, yippie...
How did you do on the list? (Difficulty: Dom hates Carrots, Nicole must mix chrunchy and soft)

Carrots aren't even on there. and I didnt see cheese either, this list sucks.

i actually like most of the stuff on there, especially watercress, it just has a certain consistency and texture that i love. i think it's kind of strange that they said skim milk as opposed to 2% or something like that because everyone always says when you get rid of the fat you lose a bunch of vitamins and crap. i love skim. go buffs!!
