Well I know no one cares, but i spent ovwer an hour and a half trying to configure apache2 to work with tomcat 5.5, which sucked. I got it all working, what does this mean to all of you my friends? Probably nothing, it means that finally all the content on wastedbrains will start being indexed properly cause it has relied on some very ugly and fake page forwarding that search engines normally associate with pretty shady sites. It also means when your at a page it will say the url so you can email it to people instead of always being at www.wastedbrains.com no matter where you are on the site. So the full switch isn't done yet, but now all the technology is acting appropriately so it shouldnt take long to make the small page rewrites to reflect the new url mappings. Congradulations to myself cause I have been meaning to do this for over a year... just never got to it. If your having the same problem How to integrate apache2 with tomcat 5.5 (thats for google friends not really you).
yippie one step closer towards Ben and I's little practice project launch. So who is bored out of there mind? Anyone? Anyone even reading it this far?
