I know I have posted about diamonds before, but I will have to do it again, because I found an even better article going into all of it.

Diamonds are worthless, making people believe in non existent value.

It is kind of old and not everything they talk about has worked out that way, but still good history of why DeBeers is crap.

Whoaaa I dont know where time is going right now. It seems I have no time for anything. I thought this would be a slow week and it seems I always have something to do, or I end up staying late at work. I haven't even started my taxes and I need to get on that.

I have however found a really exciting prospect at work, and if I could get on the project I think it could be really cool. It was all the kind of stuff I was hoping to work on when I first took the job, but that original project was cancelled. Now a similiar one (well similiar applications of programming) has come up. It seems like good timing and a good fit so if I could get on this project I would really have to start to put some time into it and show my worth, so I could keep working on such cool stuff.

Outside of that, I have been more into music lately which is kind of fun. I haven't however been able to motivate myself to work on many of my web projects enough lately so that is sad, especially because last month was such a record breaking month. I think part of it is that I know that pretty much no mater what I do or release this month that I probably wont be close to topping some of last months stats.

Props to those out there helping someone out, or helping out the world. If you can make it Flobots April 14th, and Dom is pushing Saves The Day on April 18th. So it sounds like a good week for music and a good chance to hang out.

It is spring people, time for the concert crowds to really start to get moving. Lets start out this season right.

I guess I have much more to say right now but I don't know how to express any of it. Lets just say I was hit wearing a bullet proof vest and nothing went through but I felt the hits...

My friends and old room mates Dom and Nicole launched a website today, so check it out, and if you have a website drop a link to it. They are trying to get Fall Out Boy to play their wedding, which they had discussed with the band before they got so huge. So they are gathering signatures and hoping someone notices, so far they are at 80 signatures. So spread the word, post to your myspace, facebook, or blog.

It should at the very least be a fun little project, to see how many people notice it and how much we can spread it online. So all you Fall Out Boy fans that leave comments all over our blogs, put them to use on all your message boards and others sites, and maybe we can at least get an email from the band of something.

So I haven't download pictures from my camera forever. So I finally hooked it up cause I needed to send a newspaper some pictures of energy drinks for an article. I found all sorts of old pictures on there, and decide it was time to post halloween pictures... it only seems natural to me to have halloween in warmer weather, I think we should officially change halloween to the first friday of every April.

I saw the flobots last night, it was a good time as always the venue wasn't right for them to much empty space and high ceilings, also the sound sucked, it was very hard to hear the lyrics because the mike was to low, and the other instruments were to loud. Oh well I dug their new song.

Well it took awhile, but after all the Fark people gave me a lot of crap I decided to finally go through and spell check every entry to Energy Drink Reviews. So now with all of the entries spell checked and a bunch of spam comments deleted hopefully it will be up to a little higher standards than before. I am also now spell checking all of my entries to this blog, so it should be a little more clear and easy to read as well. If you catch an error anywhere feel free to email me, or let me know in the comments.

Yippie for progress, which we all know takes time.

For Easter I hung out with Erin and did Easter Dinner with her family. After that we played bridge and then went on to whiffle. Finishing out the evening hanging out outside during the start of the sunset. I had a great Easter weekend and hoped all of you did as well, so best wishes to all my family, friends, and readers.

I have been wondering when and how Google would be making money off of Google personal. I think this is the first appearance of a ad tie in with Google personal. It is an interesting tie in for advertising? Are we expecting more of these to come?

(Note I am not trying to article jack by putting this on my blog I never saw an article or anywhere to link I just noticed it on my own Google personal)

Alright I finished spell checking the energy drink site awhile ago, but I finally did a pretty quick redesign. The text and colors should be easier on the eyes and easier to read now. I reorganized a couple things that will also, help users find what their looking for. So yippie for the sites re design. go check it out and let me know your thoughts on the new look.

Well I am pretty pumped about running off on a short Cali vacation. I will get to see some old friends that I haven't seen for awhile. I also dig Cali so that should be fun. I am insanely tired right now, which sucks but I guess I can sleep on the flight. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Perhaps I will have some fun stories when I get back.
